Welcome to Luxelifer. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Luxelifer’s website and services. In these Terms, “Luxelifer,” “we,” “us” or “our” refer to Luxelifer (luxelifer.com), and “you” or “your” refers to the individual accessing or using the Service. By accessing or using Luxelifer’s website, mobile apps, or any related services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Service. Your use of Luxelifer also acknowledges acceptance of our separate Privacy Policy (available on the Site).

Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, browsing or using any part of the Service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. We may refer to these Terms as the “Terms of Use,” “Terms of Service,” or similar. Luxelifer grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site and its features in accordance with these Terms, provided that you do not violate any terms herein. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate access to the Service at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be legally capable of forming a binding contract to use Luxelifer. In general, you must be at least the age of majority (usually 18 years old) in your jurisdiction to register or participate. For example, many sites require users to be at least 18 years old because that is the age of majority in most countries. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements and that you will provide proof of age or legal capacity if requested. If you are under 18 (or under the age of majority in your country), you may not create an account or use the Service without consent of a parent or legal guardian. Luxelifer may suspend or terminate accounts that do not meet these requirements or that appear to be used by minors.

Account Registration and Security

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You agree to update your information promptly if it changes. You are solely responsible for all activity on your account and for safeguarding your password. Accordingly, you must:

  • Use a unique, strong password and keep it confidential.

  • Not share your password or let others use your account.

  • Notify Luxelifer immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access or breach of security.

You may not create an account using someone else’s identity or information, nor may you create multiple accounts to abuse the system. Luxelifer reserves the right to verify your identity, contact information, and other details at any time and to refuse or suspend accounts that are fraudulent, incomplete, or used in violation of these Terms. You are responsible for all activities  that occur under your account, whether or not you know about them.

Earning Points

Luxelifer operates a rewards program in which you earn Points by engaging in specified site activities (such as reading articles, clicking links, sharing content, and referring others). The types of activities that earn Points, and the number of Points awarded for each, are determined solely by Luxelifer and may change at any time. Points are a virtual reward currency and have no cash value until redeemed. In particular:

  • Point Value: Points can be redeemed for real money only through Luxelifer’s payout process. You acknowledge that Points are not actual currency and have no value except as expressly provided in these Terms.

  • Point Accrual: You earn Points only for approved, legitimate actions. We may require that your activities comply with additional rules or minimum thresholds (for example, a minimum number of referrals or shares) before awarding Points. Luxelifer reserves the right to deny or reverse Points if an activity is later found to be ineligible or in violation of these Terms.

  • Changes and Expiration: Luxelifer may modify point-earning rates, convertibility, or expiration policies at any time, with or without notice. Points not redeemed within a specified period (for example, after account inactivity or site changes) may expire or be forfeited.

  • No Entitlement: The accumulation of Points does not guarantee any right to continued participation or payment; Points and any associated payments are promotional benefits and do not constitute vested rights. Unless and until Points are redeemed, no title or interest in them is conveyed to you.

Luxelifer’s decisions regarding point awards, currency conversions, and related matters are final and binding. We may limit the total number of Points you can earn or redeem during any time period or from any particular activity at our discretion.

Fraud and Abuse

Any attempt to misuse or manipulate the Luxelifer program is strictly prohibited. Examples of prohibited conduct include, but are not limited to: creating multiple or fake accounts to gain extra Points, using automated scripts or bots, sharing referral links in disallowed ways, tampering with the Site’s code, or misrepresenting your identity. You may not use multiple accounts to “avoid or circumvent any prohibition” or to earn more Points than would otherwise be allowed.

Luxelifer monitors for fraudulent activity. If we determine that you have engaged in fraud, abuse, or violations of these Terms, we may: suspend or terminate your account, void any accrued Points, and/or take legal action as appropriate. For instance, as in other rewards programs, Luxelifer reserves the right to cancel Points or block withdrawals that result from suspicious or non-compliant behavior. Violations of law (such as coupon fraud, referral spam, or hacking) will be referred to the authorities as necessary.

Withdrawals and Payments

Once you accumulate sufficient Points (as defined by Luxelifer’s conversion rates), you may request to convert Points into real currency. Luxelifer currently supports withdrawals via PayPal, UPI (for eligible countries), or bank transfers. The details are as follows:

  • Redemption: Points may be redeemed only to a single user account and cannot be transferred to other users. The conversion rate of Points to currency is determined by Luxelifer and may change. Luxelifer may set minimum and maximum redemption thresholds and may hold earnings until certain conditions (such as identity verification) are met.

  • Payout Methods: At withdrawal time, you select a payout method (PayPal, UPI, or bank transfer) and provide valid, up-to-date payout credentials. You are responsible for all information submitted; Luxelifer is not liable for funds sent to incorrect or inactive accounts.

  • Fees: Any fees charged by payment providers (e.g. PayPal transaction fees, currency conversion fees, or bank charges) are your responsibility. For example, PayPal’s user agreement advises that “fees apply to withdrawals” and are disclosed to you at the time of each transaction. Luxelifer may deduct any applicable processing fees before completing a payout, or you may be responsible for paying them separately.

  • Timing: Withdrawals are subject to processing times and may not be immediate. Typically, Luxelifer will initiate the payment within a reasonable period after your request (often a few business days), but actual receipt of funds may take longer depending on the payment network and any verification steps. We do not guarantee any specific payout schedule.

  • Limits and Verification: We may impose limits on withdrawal amounts or frequency, and we reserve the right to request additional documentation (such as government ID or bank statements) to comply with anti-fraud and anti-money laundering requirements. Failure to verify your identity may delay or prevent withdrawals.

By requesting a withdrawal, you agree to comply with all applicable terms of the payment networks (e.g. PayPal’s Terms of Service) and all laws regarding money transfers in your jurisdiction. Luxelifer is not responsible for delays or errors caused by third-party payment systems, and once funds are sent to your nominated account, we are not liable for any further issues.

User Conduct

You agree to use Luxelifer only for lawful, authorized purposes. You must not use the Service to:

  • Violate any law or encourage others to do so.

  • Upload or distribute any content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, abusive, libelous, threatening, harmful, obscene, or racially or otherwise objectionable.

  • Post advertising or unsolicited promotional material (spam) or chain letters.

  • Transmit viruses, worms, malware, or any code intended to harm or interfere with the Site or other users.

  • Impersonate any person or entity, including Luxelifer employees, or falsely state your affiliation.

  • Collect or store personal information of other users without their consent.

  • Use the Service in any manner that could disable, overburden, or impair the Site or its servers.

In particular, you must not attempt to harvest email addresses or other information from the Site for spamming or phishing. Any conduct that harms the interests of Luxelifer or its users is prohibited. Breach of these rules may result in immediate termination of your account and forfeiture of Points, as well as legal liability.

Intellectual Property

Luxelifer (and its licensors) retains all rights, title, and interest in the Service and its original content. This includes the website, text, graphics, logos, images, videos, software, trademarks, trade dress and any other material or technology provided by Luxelifer. All such material is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You acknowledge that you have no right or license to use Luxelifer’s trademarks, logos, or content except as expressly provided herein. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of any Luxelifer content without prior written consent.

Any content you submit to Luxelifer (such as comments or feedback) remains your property, but by posting it you grant Luxelifer a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and reproduce your content in connection with the Service. You represent that you own or have permission to use any content you post.

Service Availability

Luxelifer does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. We may suspend, disable, or restrict access to all or any part of the Service without notice for maintenance, updates, or other reasons. The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, without any warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information on the Site, and we will not be responsible for any failures, delays or losses resulting from service outages or data errors.

Modifications to Terms

Luxelifer may modify these Terms at any time in its sole discretion. If we make changes that materially affect your rights (a “material change”), we will try to notify you in advance (for example, by email or a notice on the Site) at least 30 days before the new terms take effect. What constitutes a material change is determined by Luxelifer in its discretion. Any new features or tools that are added to the current Service will also be subject to these Terms. Your continued use of the Service after any changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the Service immediately.
